As aesthetics matter, we’ve created the Wenprise Better Emails plugin to enhance the appearance of these messages. This plugin transforms WordPress’s comment notification emails into stylish HTML format. Once activated, the email notifications for comments will appear as shown. If you find them not to your liking, you have the freedom to customize the templates and CSS files located in the “templates” folder within the plugin directory.
The plugin sends email notifications to administrators when comments need approval, and authors receive emails when someone comments on their articles. Moreover, it notifies commenters about replies to their comments. You can download the plugin directly from its official repository on the WordPress site or search for it in the WordPress backend to install it. Currently, no configuration is required; simply install and activate.
